On Booking, a deposit of 50% is required to secure the apartment of choice.
Cancellation is 60 days. In simple terms, you can cancel up to 60 days in advance of arrival date and your deposit will be refunded.
The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card. Details will be provided.
Check in is between 3pm and 8pm on arrival day. Should your flight arrive later than our 8pm deadline, there is a late check in fee of €25.00 payable locally. Early check in can be accommodated depending on how busy we are and when previous guests have left.
Check out is before 10am on departure day. During peak periods this time is strictly adhered to, however, in off peak we can be a little more flexible.
